Our Board of Directors is a lonely group (it’s just me). So I’m inviting everyone to our next board meeting on November 7th.

Why? A few reasons.

1. Keep me honest. Every quarter I set goals… but nobody sees them. I need an accountability buddy… or 200 of them. The more the better.

2. All of our future success depends on the sentiment of the community. I want to make sure everyone understands the general direction of the company and the strategy we’re using to achieve our goals. We may not always agree, but that is good!

3. Fun. Yes… it should be fun. While it will be challenging for me to be this transparent with such a large group, it will be nice to air things out. I feel like HeyCounsel is an echo chamber of my own thoughts. It’s time to open the shades and let the light in.
